FinBadd Refund/Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return. 

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to allow us the opportunity to send you a new item in exchange for the faulty one you received, so you get a product you love. 

Return/Exchange Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return/exhange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase, which should be handy in your email confirmation. 

Damaged Items & Issues: 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Initiating an Exchange/Return:
To start an exchange or return, you can contact us at finbadd.info@gmail.com, Subject Title: 'Exchange/Return My Order," referencing the order that you made. We'll get in contact with you as promptly as possible to discuss your options or further action needed to initiate the exchange/return.
